Privacy Policy

• What we collect: only what a booking and delivery need — your name, mobile number, institution, address, and your booking and payment records.
• How we use it: to fulfil your order, tell you about dispatch, issue receipts and invoices, and contact you about your booking.
• Sharing: your name, address and mobile are shared with our delivery partner for delivery only; they never see payment details. If you pay online, the payment is handled by the payment service provider — we do not store your card or bank details. We never sell your information.
• Messages: we send booking-related messages (confirmation, payment, ready, dispatched) to the mobile you gave, by WhatsApp or SMS.
• Security: passwords and PINs are stored only as hashes; every payment and status change is logged.
• Your rights: use "My bookings" to view or correct your details, or contact us.
