Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Pre-bookings are dispatched after printing, in priority order (those who paid in advance first). Books in stock are dispatched soon after full payment.
• Books are dispatched only after full payment.
• Parcels are sent to your address by our delivery partner through courier, transport or bus parcel. As soon as it is dispatched, the courier name, tracking / LR number and slip appear on your booking page.
• Any delivery charge is shown in the total at the time of booking.
• Delivery time depends on the courier and your location; any dates given are indicative.
• When the parcel arrives, tap "I have received the parcel" on your booking page and count the copies; report any shortage or damage within 48 hours.
