By placing a booking on the Drona Publications website you agree to these terms.
Bookings
- Books are sold only in multiples of ten (10, 20, 30 …).
- A pre-booking records your demand for books not yet printed. Payment is not required to pre-book.
- Every booking gets a booking number (DRN-…); please quote it in all communication.
- You are responsible for giving a correct mobile number and delivery address; we are not liable for delay or loss caused by a wrong address.
Prices and payment
- Prices are as shown on the website and totals are calculated by our system. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Advance payment is optional; those who pay in advance are served first when stock arrives.
- Books are dispatched only after full payment.
- If you pay by UPI or bank transfer, upload the payment proof (screenshot); a receipt is issued once we verify it.
Dispatch and delivery
- Pre-bookings are dispatched after printing, in priority order. Delivery timelines are indicative.
- Check the parcel on delivery and report any shortage or damage within 48 hours.
- Books once sold are not returnable (see the Refund & Cancellation policy).
Content and use
- Sample pages and answer keys are for viewing only; copying, sharing or reprinting them is prohibited. All content is the copyright of Drona Publications.
- We do not guarantee any result in any examination; the books are practice material only.
General
- We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply from the date they appear on this page.
- Disputes are subject to the courts of Raichur, Karnataka.
